The clear core message from a professional trainer is that digital learning environments should be utilized more – the results are that good, and learning assisted by devices is that much more efficient. The learning outcome is always directly proportional to the time spent studying. There are no shortcuts.

In a computer-assisted study session, students focus on learning; they can study at their own pace and level. The teacher helps, advises, and discusses, providing individualized instruction. Concentration on exercises is usually complete, and every student manages to use their time efficiently – more efficiently than with traditional methods, where studying often progresses according to the student's level either too slowly or too quickly. Courses are also available for independent study on personal devices.

The device naturally plays an important role for the student, as tablets, laptops, and smartphones are such a significant part of daily life. Students don't need to learn how to use the devices. They are always within reach and truly a natural study tool. It is particularly well-suited for language learning, where the importance of interactivity for learning outcomes is perhaps even more significant than in other subjects.

New Languages and Courses

Promentor is developing tremendously now. More new courses and languages are coming during 2014 than ever before. We constantly receive appreciative feedback and also more messages from the corporate world emphasizing the growing importance of e-learning in their training portfolios.

We have a national mission in our hands as a versatile developer of skills, and hopefully also a Finnish export product, for example, as a developer of European language skills.
