Promentor Solutions Oy and Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences signed a commercialization agreement for a business communication course series produced in cooperation. The course series includes four language courses: English, Swedish, Russian, and Chinese.
Business communication courses cover business letter standards, structure, and style, typical grammatical structures for business letters, and email communication. Depending on the course, a cultural etiquette section is also included.
The courses in the business communication series are practical and versatile. They contain the most common templates of business documents, such as quotes, orders, invitations, complaints, and inquiries, as well as other correspondence related to business travel, among other things. Additionally, the course includes numerous topic-related exercises and tests with answers.
The courses were produced during the second phase of the Suomen Verkko-Opisto project. They are already in educational use at Haaga-Helia and several other Promentor clients.
